Transaction Files To-Go

We recently made an update to our monthly backups, which are an optional feature available to brokers and admin users. Checklist items and transaction details are now included for each transaction.

Backing up your transactions is not something you need to do. Paperless Pipeline has redundant file storage to prevent data loss and saves your files for up to 10 years. But some offices do find transaction file backups useful.

Transactions in the backup are organized in folders by property address and now include everything associated with a transaction: Documents, notes, checklists, emails, and activity history.
