Transaction Coordinators Love Paperless Pipeline. Here’s Why…

At Paperless Pipeline, we often roll out new features based on what users are saying – things that would make them more productive, make their process better organized, etc. Our most recent roll-out included a feature that, for one real estate office in the Midwest, cut their task time down from 2 hours…to just 45 minutes.

According to this Illinois office, Paperless Pipeline has increased their productivity and streamlined formerly complicated processes. Here’s what their office manager, Tracy V., had to say about our last feature roll-out:

Tracy said agents have quickly gained confidence in the product because they can see the result of their uploads occurring faster – which ultimately makes processes easier for agents.

“In the past, we’ve had to bend over backwards, sideways and upside down to do it. Now we feel a huge sigh of relief because we can do it with ease…a feeling we haven’t experienced in a very long time,” Tracy said.
