About Avenue Transactions
Avenue Transactions was founded in May 2020 by Megan Walz and Olivia Roemer, who were both previously market center administrators at Keller WIlliams.
Together, they have built a transaction coordination business that offers agent services, brokerage compliance, and leadership services.
They focus on two core areas:
➡️ Transaction coordination: Avenue Transactions’ team of transaction coordinators helps 200 agents across 18 states leverage their time. They do this by managing listing and buyer transactions from the time the home is listed, or the buyer starts looking at homes. Avenue Transactions’ admins help their clients save time and increase their dollar-per-hour.
➡️ Brokerage leverage: They provide remote office and financial management, compliance and commission disbursement authorization (CDA) services, and an in-house transaction coordination partnership. They do this for five separate independent brokerages that use Paperless Pipeline and seven different Keller Williams offices. Olivia and Megan alleviate brokerages’ workloads and aid agent retention.
Before Paperless Pipeline
Existing problems
❌ Ineffective reporting: Megan and Olivia found that the brokerages they worked with tracked agent production using spreadsheets and tried to generate reports using this method. However, they felt this was a time-consuming and inefficient process, and they knew they had to implement a more effective way.
❌ Inefficient software: The team also worked with agents who were old-school and used Google Drive to manage their transactions. Megan and Olivia found this to be a disorganized and ineffective solution to transaction management. Unfortunately, relying on a storage product like Google Drive doesn’t give you the tools and features you need to manage your transactions and commissions and remain compliant.
Software issues
