Just in time to brighten up your holidays, enjoy more transaction sorting goodness, improved comment tracking, and quick & easy emailing of Office Docs.

More transaction sorting options – Quickly find newly added, updated, and accepted transactions with our new ability to sort by fields not visible in the transactions list.

Improved doc-comments workflow – Agents will now be alerted whenever an admin comments on their documents. Comments will also now be tracked in Transaction History providing an improved audit trail. You can turn off these email notifications for your company by unchecking the option “Email agents when admin comments on documents” on the Admin page.

All recipients shown on transaction emails – Know exactly who an email was sent to by viewing recipient and other relevant headers on transaction emails.

Email Office Docs – Email your forms, disclosures, listing presentations, and other important documents directly from Office Docs.

This release is chock-full-o’ yummy treats to keep agents and admins smiling with joy!

Agent visibility during upload – Quickly view the names of agents who will have access to docs you are assigning to transactions. When you are categorizing a doc (during assignment), hover over the new people icons to see who will have access to that doc.

Manage your company’s break apart templates – If you have obsolete break apart templates, you can now delete or rename them to eliminate the unnecessary ones.

View agent phone & fax in transaction info – To make contacting the involved agents on a transaction quick and easy, the phone and fax numbers of agents are now displayed on the transaction. Agents can update this contact info in their own profile.

More help videos and guides  –  Easily access many new help videos, step-by-step tutorials and instructions by clicking help in the upper right corner of any page. When there’s Video Help available you’ll see a little video icon at the top right corner.

Custom signatures – You can now customize your signature on emails you send out from the system. Make your signatures more personal by including contact or other relevant information.

Permissions help text – Avoid giving admin-level data access to agents by mistake with improved explanation for each permission. Hovering over each permission will now give you a detailed description of what that permission will grant.

All recipients shown on transaction emails – Know exactly who an email was sent to by viewing recipient and other relevant headers on transaction emails. Whenever you’re viewing a transaction’s email history, you’ll now be able to see all the recipients an email was sent to.

Optional scrolling checklists – We’ve brought back the ability to independently scroll through checklists so you can align a checklist with the list of docs for easier review. We know only power users like this feature, so it’s off by default and can be turned on or off easily by clicking the little double-arrow icon to the left of Checklists.

Bulk document emailing improvements – Emailing multiple docs from transactions is now more efficient and more intuitive.

Disable New Offer feature:
If you don’t want your agents & admins using the New Offer feature, you can disable it for your company. Go to the Admin page and check off “Enable New Offer”. The feature may be switched on again at any time.

DocuSign Improvements:
The “Send Documents to DocuSign” feature now handles more types of PDFs. So if you previously had problems sending your docs from Pipeline to DocuSign, try them again and they should work.
