Improved Transaction History, Doc Previews and Much More…

On Monday night we made some improvements to Pipeline to make it quicker, smarter, and more mobile friendly. Here are some of the things we’re most excited about:

Document Preview Sizes
You can now zoom in and out of document previews. Pipeline will remember the last zoom setting you used.

Detailed Transaction History
We’ve also improved Transaction History to include more specific details on certain transaction changes. You will be able to see the current transaction details followed by the previous information.

Organized Office Docs
You can now drag and drop to upload documents in Office Docs. Docs can also be sorted within a category using drag and drop.

Dashboard Improvements
If you expand or collapse a section on your Dashboard, Pipeline will remember that preference during your next visit. Any section that has 50 or more rows of data is always shown collapsed. This is to ensure that your Dashboard always loads quickly.

Print a Transaction Summary
Occasionally you might want a physical copy of a transaction for a client or vendor. Individual transactions will now print in a more beautiful, organized style.

Filter By Status
Transactions can now be filtered by status category in addition to filtering by individual statuses. For example, you can filter for all transactions that have a status categorized as Closed.

Break Apart Templates
Document break apart templates are now ordered by location.

Email Formatting
All emails going out of the system are now formatted for better readability.

Icon Revamp
Finally, you may have noticed a minor update to the appearance of Paperless Pipeline. We recently redesigned the icons to look better on retina displays and on browsers with different zoom levels.
